Bad Habit!

Lily Yamatoya

I was introduced to Lily Yamatoya through her Inu Yasha doujinshi, but once I started buying doujinshi from her website, the prospect of her original books interested me. Eventually I sprung for one in the knowledge that even if I couldn't make out the story, the art would be nice. ^_^

Title : BOCTOK
Published : 26/Dec/1999 Size : A5
Comments : This is a fantasy set in an old-fashioned somewhat-Japanese background. It was an early work, so the art isn't as good as her latest doujinshi, however, there is an obvious transition in the quality from the beginning of the book to the end. The story is interesting, and revolves around a girl named Rasuru, a boy named Nashio, and a man named Kai. Their personalities are clearly defined, and the interaction, even without dialogue, is engaging. There's action, blood, comedy, and even a small amount of romance. [140 pgs]
